Overview

 


Our refund policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • unused,

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • preferably in its original packaging.

 


If your item arrives damaged or defective, different conditions apply. Please refer to the Exchanges section below.

 


 

 

Section 1 – Refunds (if applicable)

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.

 


 

 

Section 2 – Late or Missing Refunds

 


If you haven’t received your refund yet:

 

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Section 3 – Sale Items

 


Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

 


 

 

Section 4 – Exchanges (if applicable)

 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at:

Please include:

 

  • your order number (or a copy of your invoice),

  • clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

 


We will then provide you with the return instructions.

 


 

 

Section 5 – Returns & Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.


For items valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
